People who came from various places around the world are now living in Japan, and speaking various types of Japanese.

We are looking for people who would like to take part in this project with us!

* This is a three-day continuous workshop.
* Please select either Program A or Program B.
* Program A and Program B are the same content.

Workshop1
Tell the others about the room you live in or have lived in, remembering the location of the furniture and the memories there.

Workshop2
Listen to someone in another room and imagine that person's room as if it were your own.
Tell about the room while thinking about what you can do to make it clearly to others.

* People whose native (first) language is not Japanese or who do not consider it their native language
* We warmly welcome applications by people who are interested in "expression" in genres such as theater, dance, art, and literature!

Collaboration project with non-native Japanese speaker
It is not necessary to match the role and the actor essentially in theater.Modern-day people living in Japan can play as medieval Europeans and non-humans.
Equally, it is not necessary that actors don't need to play with the generally correct phonology and perfect grammar when they play Japanese roles.
We think theater is the best medium to expand the possibilities of such Japanese language.

However, the Japanese spoken in theater is premised on the "correct" Japanese spoken by native Japanese speakers.
We try to free the Japanese language from the "correctness" that many people think of, and make opportunities for non-native Japanese actors to join theaters using Japanese through Collaboration project with non-native Japanese speaker.
