ออดิชั่นนักแสดงสำหรับผลงานใหม่ของโทชิกิ โอกาดะ และ อุทิศ เหมะมูล

โทชิกิ โอกาดะ (Toshiki Okada) ผู้ก่อตั้งคณะละครเชลฟิตช์ (chelfitsch) และผู้เขียนบท/กำกับละครเวที “ซูเปอร์ พรีเมี่ยม ซอฟท์ ดับเบิ้ล วานิลลา ริช” ซึ่งได้เปิดการแสดงครั้งแรกในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ณ ศูนย์ศิลปการละครสดใส พันธุมโกมล คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เมื่อเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา และได้รับเสียงชื่นชมเป็นอย่างมาก จะสร้างสรรค์ผลงานชิ้นใหม่ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับนักเขียนไทย คือ อุทิศ เหมะมูล!! โดยโทชิกิ โอกาดะจะนำนวนิยายชิ้นใหม่ของอุทิศ เหมะมูล ไปทำเป็นละครเวที และจะเปิดการแสดงในปี 2561!!

โทชิกิ โอกาดะ (Toshiki Okada) ผู้ก่อตั้งคณะละครเชลฟิตช์ (chelfitsch) มีโครงการที่จะจัดออดิชั่นที่กรุงเทพมหานครเพื่อเฟ้นหานักแสดง ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และผู้ช่วยฝ่ายอำนวยการผลิตสำหรับการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานชิ้นใหม่ของเขาที่มีกำหนดการแสดงครั้งแรก (เวิล์ดพรีเมียร์) ในปี 2561 ผลงานใหม่ชิ้นนี้จะเป็นการสร้างสรรค์งานภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับนักเขียนไทย อุทิศ เหมะมูล ซึ่งเป็นผู้เขียนนวนิยายเรื่อง “ลับแล, แก่งคอย” หลังจากการแสดงครั้งแรกในปี 2561 แล้ว โทชิกิเองก็มีแผนที่จะจัดแสดงผลงานชิ้นนี้ที่ประเทศอื่นในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ญี่ปุ่น ออสเตรเลีย และยุโรปอีกด้วย ทางเราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะมีผู้สนใจร่วมงานกับเราในโครงการพิเศษนี้

＊ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
● นักแสดง (3-6 คน)
ผู้ที่สามารถเข้าร่วมการฝึกฝนและการซ้อมการแสดงได้ทั้งในประเทศไทยและญี่ปุ่น จำเป็นต้องเข้าร่วมแสดงทุกรอบการแสดง รวมไปถึงการแสดงในต่างประเทศด้วย เรากำลังเฟ้นหานักแสดงที่มีความกระตือรือร้น และมีความสนใจในการสร้างสรรค์งานร่วมกับโทชิกิ โอกาดะ
● ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ (1 คน)
ผู้ที่สามารถเข้าร่วมการฝึกฝนและการซ้อมการแสดงได้ทั้งในประเทศไทยและญี่ปุ่น ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับจำเป็นต้องเข้าใจกระบวนการกำกับการแสดงของโทชิกิ โอกาดะ เก็บบันทึกการฝึกฝนรายวันและกระบวนการซ้อมทุกครั้งพร้อมทั้งเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเหล่านั้นให้แก่สมาชิกอื่น (เขียนด้วยภาษาไทย ญี่ปุ่น หรืออังกฤษ) รวมทั้งการจัดตารางซ้อมต่าง ๆ เรายินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่ต้องการสั่งสมประสบการณ์เพื่อต่อยอดไปสู่การทำงานด้านการกำกับหรือด้านศิลปะการละครในอนาคต
● ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการผลิต (1-2 คน)
ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการผลิตจะครอบคลุมหน้าที่ที่หลากหลาย ทั้งการเจรจา ติดต่อประสานงานต่าง ๆ การประชาสัมพันธ์ การประสานงานเพื่อจัดการฝึกซ้อมและการทัวร์การแสดง กระบวนการทำงานที่หลากหลายรวมไปถึงงานบัญชี เรากำลังเฟ้นหาผู้ประสานงานที่มีทั้งความสามารถและเวลาเพียงพอที่จะรับผิดชอบหน้าที่เหล่านี้ได้ตามการพัฒนาของโครงการ (สามารถปรึกษาและตกลงจำนวนวันทำงานได้) เรายินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่สนใจและต้องการสั่งสมประสบการณ์เพื่อต่อยอดไปสู่การทำงานเป็นผู้อำนวยการผลิต (โปรดิวเซอร์) หรือผู้จัดการโครงการเกี่ยวกับศิลปะการละครในอนาคต

- การออดิชั่นแต่ละรอบจะใช้เวลาประมาณครึ่งวัน

- ไม่มีค่าตอบแทนและค่าเดินทางให้แก่ผู้สมัคร

วันที่ 1 – 20 มิถุนายน 2561: ซ้อมการแสดงรอบที่ 2 ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น (กำหนดการชั่วคราว)
วันที่ 1 – วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2561: ซ้อมการแสดงรอบที่ 3 และเปิดการแสดงเวิล์ดพรีเมียร์ ที่ประเทศไทย (กำหนดการชั่วคราว)
ตุลาคม – ธันวาคม 2561: ทัวร์การแสดงในประเทศอื่น ๆ ในเอเชียและยุโรป
* คาดว่าจะจัดทัวร์การแสดงต่อในปี 2562
＊ เงื่อนไข:
- เนื่องจากบทละครเวทีเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาญี่ปุ่น นักแสดงและผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและเข้าใจ
ภาษาไทยเป็นอย่างดี
- คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร ไม่จำกัดอายุ เพศ เชื้อชาติ หรือไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับและนักแสดงต้องเข้าร่วมการซ้อมทุกครั้ง
- ตารางการทำงานของผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการผลิตอาจไม่จำกัดอยู่ในเฉพาะช่วงที่มีการซ้อมการแสดง แต่อาจรวมถึงช่วงก่อน/หลังการซ้อมและการเปิดการแสดง สามารถปรึกษาและตกลงตารางการทำงานก่อนได้ และยินดีต้อนรับผู้สมัครที่มีอาชีพอิสระ
＊ ค่าใช้จ่าย:
- ไม่มีค่าตอบแทนและค่าเดินทางใด ๆ ให้แก่ผู้สมัคร
- ค่าใช้จ่ายที่จะมีให้แก่นักแสดงและผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับในวันซ้อม ได้แก่:
a. เบี้ยเลี้ยงรายวันสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม รวมค่าเดินทาง (คำนวณต่อวัน)
b. ค่าเดินทางและค่าที่พักสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมจากต่างจังหวัด (ตามพิจารณา)
- เงินตอบแทนสำหรับการแสดง (คำนวณจากรอบการแสดง)
- ค่าตอบแทนให้แก่ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการผลิตจะขึ้นอยู่กับวันทำงาน (คำนวณต่อวัน)
- มีค่าเดินทางและค่าที่พักสำหรับผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการผลิตจากต่างจังหวัด (ตามพิจารณา)

Auditioning for a new work by Toshiki Okada × Uthis Haemamool
Toshiki Okada, who is the founder of chelfitsch Theater Company and the playwright/director of “Super Premium Soft Double Vanilla Rich”, which had South East Asia premiere on this March at Sodsai Pantoomkomol Centre for Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University and won highly acclaim, will collaborate with a Thai novelist Uthis Haemamool!! Toshiki will bring Uthis’s new novel on the stage in 2018!!
Towards the premiere performance in 2018, we will hold auditions in Bangkok on this April for performers, an assistant director, and an assistant producer!
Audition application deadline is 18:00 10th April! Do not forget to apply if you are interested!

Toshiki Okada, founder of chelfitsch Theater Company, is going to hold auditions in Bangkok for performers, an assistant director, and an assistant producer for a new work with Uthis Haemamool, an author of “Lab Lae, Khaeng Khoi”, which they are creating that will have its world premiere performance in 2018. After making its world debut in 2018, plans envision a tour to stage the work in other Southeast Asian countries, Japan, Australia, and Europe. We are eagerly awaiting responses to this call for audition applications.

＊ Application Requirements
● Performers/Actors/Actresses (three to six people)
People who can participate in practice and rehearsal sessions held in Japan and Thailand, and take part in all performances, including those held in other countries. We are seeking performers/actors and actresses who will actively get involved in the creative work of Toshiki Okada.
● Assistant director (one people)
A person who can participate in all practice and rehearsal sessions held in Japan and Thailand. The assistant director must be able to understand the direction process applied by Toshiki Okada, share the record of daily practice and rehearsal sessions (written in Thai, Japanese, or English) with the other members, and arrange the schedule for these sessions. We welcome applicants who want to accumulate experience as staff in direction or theatrical arts for the future.
● Assistant producer (one or two people)
The tasks of the production assistant producer will encompass various duties, including all sorts of adjustment and liaison, publicity, coordination for practices/rehearsals and tours, performance of diverse procedures, and accounting. We are seeking applicants who can responsibly execute these duties in step with the progress of this project, and make the time needed to do so (the number of work days requires consultation). We welcome applicants who want to work in capacities such as producer and project managers in the theatrical arts in the future and accumulate experience in the related tasks.

- You are expected to attend the round(s) for a half day in each period.
- There might be no 3rd round depending on the number of the applicants.
- No dress code. Any cloths are fine.
- There will be no honorarium, no transportation fee for the applicants.
- Final results will come by Sunday 30th April

＊ Ideal schedule after casts:
All the schedule is still in the process of scheduling, so the following schedule is all tentative information. So it’s just for your reference.
September 1st - 20th, 2017 : The first rehearsal in Bangkok (tentative)
June 1st - 20th, 2018 : The second rehearsal in Japan (tentative)
July 1st - August 31st, 2018 : The third rehearsal and the world premier in Thai (tentative)
October - December, 2018 : The world tour in Asia and Europe
* The touring will continue in 2019 hopefully.
＊ Conditions:
- As all the dialogues on stage are planned to be conducted in Thai and Japanese, casts and director assistant must have good commands of Thai.
- Regardless of age, sex, race, or experience.
- Assistant Director and Casts have to attend all the rehearsals.
- The working schedule for Assistant producer will be not only rehearsal periods but also before and after of the rehearsals and performances periods. So the working schedule should be discussed, and independent workers would be appreciated.
＊Fees:
- No fees will be provided for attending the audition.
- The following fees will be provided for rehearsals for the casts and assistant director :
a. Per-diem and/or fee for attendance (transportation fee is included) (Calculated per day)
b. Travelling costs and accommodations from local areas (Upon consultation)
- Performance fee will be provided. (Calculated per number of times)
- The fee for assistant producers will be provided upon working day. (Calculated per day)
- Travelling costs and accommodations for assistant producer from local areas will be also provided. (Upon consultation)
